Art class is off with a pencil drop!  The beginning classes are learning to see line shading in drawing shoes, and the advanced class is learning foreshortening and perspective in drawing.  In junior high art, the students are studying modern artist Deb Butterfield.  They were inspired by her work and created horse sculptures in 3D form using recyclables.  They have also studied Wayne Thieband, and created inspired object paintings.  There was a studied use of color and painting in the style of another modern artist.
